During the summer season and for weekends, we ask that you communicate your cancellation to us at least 3 days prior to the start of your reservation. Doing so will enable us to give your slot to another dog owner who needs it.
For all major holidays, we require a non-refundable boarding deposit of two nights’ stay per pet.
These holidays include: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
If you cancel your boarding reservation prior to 14 days of the original check-in date (when boarding over one of the holidays listed above), your boarding deposit will be held on your GBL account for one year and can be used for a future service.
If you cancel within the 14 days of the original check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you shorten your holiday stay by more than two nights, or where you are no longer boarding over the holiday, you forfeit your deposit.
