During the summer season and for weekends, we ask that you communicate your cancellation to us at least 3 days prior to the start of your reservation. Doing so will enable us to give your slot to another dog-owner who needs it.
For all major holidays, we require a non-refundable boarding deposit of two night’s stay per pet. These holidays include Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
If you cancel your boarding reservation prior to 14 days of the original check-in date (when boarding over a holiday), your boarding deposit will be held on your GBL account for one year and can be used for a future service. If you cancel within the 14 days of the original check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you shorten your holiday stay by MORE THAN TWO NIGHTS, within ten weeks of the original check-in date, you forfeit your deposit.
